I keep bleeding

I keep, keep bleeding blood 🎤😮‍💨

20 months without a period; that was a nice break. It was one less thing to deal with.

Now, fortunately for me, I experience minimal cramping and feel pretty okay for the most part. Besides wearing a diaper and doing some pep dancing, it's been a normal day, add in (or losing) splooges of blood dropping. Depending on the reader, that may be TMI, but it's definitely real.

When I thought of writing a blog post on the return of my periods, I thought, "Why not?" Will it be back next month? Who knows? Maybe it will. Maybe it won't. Stay tuned. 👻🩸

In other news, my daughter will be turning 1 soon. A whole year since I pushed her out AND caught her with my own hands in our tiny bathroom.

It's been a journey. I mean, life is a journey of journeying. But I feel like I'm kept on my toes while pleading to be in my bed, asleep. I cannot get enough sleep, for real. #same #iknowthatsright energy

Totally worth it, all of it, of course. The sacrifices, the fatigue, how HARD labor was, and how difficult motherhood and parenting is. It's all worth it. My daughter's amazing. Seeing her smile lights up my world. SHE lights up my world, like no other. I love her so much.

I'd do it again. And I will again one day for another kid.

For now, my period's back and we're taking one day on at a time. And also making the most of them.
